Delivery Policy

• Processing Time

  Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Delivery Methods

  We Use Irish AnPost for smaller items (jewellery items) and GLS for our Frame Artwork.
  Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

• Delivery Fees

  Delivery fees are calculated based on the selected delivery method, destination, and order weight.
  You'll see the delivery options and associated fees at checkout before completing your purchase.

• European Delivery

  We currently offer international delivery to select european countries.
  We currently deliver to: France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands.

• United Kingdom Restrictions

  Due to the custom process with United Kingdom, we do not deliver to Wales, Scotland and England.
  Currently we can only deliver to Northern Ireland. This is calculated at checkout.

• Order Tracking

  Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number and link.
