The rate for delivery is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the amount of products in your basket.
Deliveries are with GLS Ireland
For Deliveries to Ireland = Flat rate of €7.00 for up to 10 frames .
Note: Free Shipping to Ireland for Totals more than €70.00
For Deliveries to Northern Ireland = 1-2 Frames are €12.00 and 3+ Frames will cost €14.50
For Deliveries to (France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain) = 1-2 Frames are €15.50 and 3+ Frames will cost €17.00

Orders completed on www.violineseacraft.com are managed automatically. You will receive an order confirmation email, and a further email when the order has dispatched. The email will contain the tracking number.
Unfortunately, due to the current worldwide situation, violineseacraft.com cannot provide an estimate for delivery. This can be managed through the GLS tracking number and the courier. We have no control over delivery once GLS Ireland takes over the parcel.

Violineseacraft.com does not offer cash on delivery but collection is possible after payment through the site.
Please select the local pickup option at checkout, and further information and instructions will follow in the order email. Please be aware that we adhere to all social distancing measures as currently recommended by the Public Health Advice in Ireland.

We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of a slight alternative as each piece created is unique. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time. In case of technical or other issues that create an unrealistic price on the site, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to the nature of the issue and will communicate with you.

When ordering goods from violineseacraft.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

At this moment in time (January 2022), we are not shipping to United Kingdom apart from Northern Ireland due to customs declaration difficulties. This notice will be amended once the situation with shipping to UK changes.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
