We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of a slight alternative as each piececreated is unique. You can of course choose to cancel your order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time. In case of technical or other issues that create an unrealistic price on the site, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to the nature of the issue and will communicate with you.

When ordering goods from violineseacraft.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. At this moment in time (January 2022), we are not shipping to United Kingdom apart from Northern Ireland due to customs declaration difficulties. This notice will be amended once the situation with shipping to UK changes.
